Our programs are designed to foster deeper insight and enrich intrapersonal (the communication you have within yourself) and interpersonal (the communication you have with others) relationships.

Day Retreat

Our diverse activities, exploring brain development and the way it influences personality formation to communication exercises, mindfulness-based movements, and breathing meditation promote authentic interactions, emotional clarity, and physical and mental harmony. Transforming Wellness offers a holistic program that deeply connects your mind, body, soul, and spirit.

Choose between a 3-hour or 5-hour day retreat.

Sacred Space Class Series for Women

Our ‘Sacred Space’ class series is a Christian-centered holistic experience that integrates breathing meditation, and mindfulness-based movements to cultivate physical awareness, encouraging graceful, and intentional responses to internal cues. Each session concludes with a prayer, deepening our connection with God.

This series includes 6 classes. You may book privately for a group.

Individual Sessions

Embark on an introspective exploration of your personal journey. Book a tailored one-on-one guidance session. Together, we’ll uncover insights and chart your path forward.

Yoga Foundations

Mindful movement through traditional yoga is the foundation of this 6-week yoga series. Gently moving from one posture to another, we focus on simple, often-missed details to build confidence in movement patterns and common yoga poses. Inspired by a traditional yoga sequence with flow elements, standing postures, balance poses and seated active stretches, this series will invigorate your body and mind. All levels welcome.
