Our ‘Sacred Space’ class series is a Christian-centered holistic experience that integrates breathing meditation, and mindfulness-based movements to cultivate physical awareness, encouraging graceful, and intentional responses to internal cues. Each session concludes with a prayer, deepening our connection with God.
